Membership Policy

At The Rabbit Hole, we value our members and punch card holders and want to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Please take note of the following guidelines and requirements:

• Membership /Shop Eligibility: To become a member, you must have completed at least 2 classes OR one basic metalsmith class at our studio. Some exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
• Monthly Membership: For monthly members, the first use of your membership will initiate the start of the month
• Please do not bring friends, spouses, kids and pets while you are working in the shop. 
• We require all members to be a subscriber! This is so we can keep you up to date with Shop time changes, upcoming events and occasional promotions. The Rabbit Hole is not responsible for those that choose not to subscribe
• Payment Deadline: All payments must be made by the first of the month. We prefer payments made through Shopify website.
• Bring Your Own Materials: We have a limited stock of precious metals available, so we encourage members to bring their own metal to work with. If you are working with gold, please bring your own solder as well, as we do not have gold or gold solder available.
• Bench Availability: Please note that there will be limited bench availability for members during scheduled classes, events, and workshops. To ensure you have a space to work, please email or check in to ensure we have an open bench.
• Cleanliness: As a member, you will be expected to clean up after yourself and maintain a clean workspace. This helps create a pleasant environment for everyone.
