Scheduling

Double-Check: Please confirm the date and time of your chosen class before enrolling.

Missed Classes: We understand that things come up, but our cancellation policy still applies to missed classes.

Cancellation Policy

We keep our classes small, and cancellations impact everyone involved. To minimize disruption:

More than 7 days before class: Full refund minus 15% cancellation fee.

Within 7 days of class: Credit for a future class minus 15% cancellation fee.

Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund or credit.

Important Notes:

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be turned away, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

Class Credits: Must be used within 90 days of cancellation.

One Reschedule: You can reschedule a class once.

Our Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you'll receive a full refund.

Liability Waiver:

The student acknowledges that jewelry-making involves inherent risks of injury. While The Rabbit Hole Jewelry maintains a safe environment with trained instructors and well-maintained equipment, the student agrees not to hold the school liable for any personal accidents or injuries that may occur during a class or on the premises.

By registering for a class, you agree to these terms.

Payment and Refunds

The Rabbit Hole Jewelry uses Shopify booking site for all payments related to our website. By using our website, you agree to Shopify's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

All payments made through Shopify are subject to our Refund Policy.
