Liability Waiver/ participant agreement

Important Notes:

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be turned away, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

Additional time required for your project: should you choose to create your jewelry in the assigned class to be more involved than the class allows, you can purchase additional time to complete your project. This is a case by case scenario and we can discuss at the time of the class. Additional shop hours with instruction is 60$ per hour beyond the class allotment.

Class Credits: Must be used within 90 days of cancellation.

One Reschedule: You can reschedule a class once.

Our Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you'll receive a full refund.

Liability Waiver:

The student acknowledges that jewelry-making involves inherent risks of injury. While The Rabbit Hole Jewelry maintains a safe environment with trained instructors and well-maintained equipment, the student agrees not to hold the school liable for any personal accidents or injuries that may occur during a class or on the premises.

By registering for a class, you agree to these terms.
