10 hours of shop time

Ready for some shop time? Our 10 hour punch card is a good start! This is perfect for people that need access to polishing equipment, ingot casting, and rolling mill, or maybe just aren't sure yet. 

SHOP HOUR POLICY

At The Rabbit Hole, we value our shop members and punch card holders and want to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Please take note of the following guidelines and requirements:

•  Shop hours Eligibility: To become a member, you must have completed   one basic metalsmith class at our studio. ( or the equivalent)  Some exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an email prior to purchase if you want to sign up for shop time. 
  
• Please do not bring friends, spouses, kids and pets while you are working in the shop. 
• We require all  shop members to be a subscriber! This is so we can keep you up to date with Shop time changes, upcoming events and occasional promotions. The Rabbit Hole is not responsible for those that choose not to subscribe
  
• Shop hours are a collaborative community time — Robyn and Chantal are present to help with questions, but please note that teaching is not part of shop hours. If you find you need more in-depth instruction, we'd love to set you up with a private lesson!
• Bring Your Own Materials: We have a limited stock of precious metals available, so we encourage members to bring their own metal to work with. If you are working with gold, please bring your own solder as well, as we do not have gold or gold solder available.
• Bench Availability: Please note that we do not allow bench time  for members during scheduled classes, events, and workshops. To ensure you have a space to work, please email or check in to ensure we have an open bench.
• Cleanliness: As a member, you will be expected to clean up after yourself and maintain a clean workspace. This helps create a pleasant environment for everyone.
• punch cards expire 1 year after date of purchase
• due to limited storage space, we are unable to store member supplies or personal items for hour shop members. Please plan to bring and take home your supplies each time you come in to our studio. 
• Shop time will be billed at a minimum of an hour.
